Mr. and Mrs. Bradford Perin sailed last Wednesday on the President Adams. While abroad they will visit England, Scotland, France, Spain and Italy.

 

Miss Anna Gray of Taconic is entertaining her young friends at a birthday party this evening to celebrate her 14th birthday.

Robert Fowlkes, who has been chef for 23 years at the Wononsco House, has accepted a similar position at the Salisbury School.

I. Kent Fulton has joined the brokerage firm of Adams Merrill and Co. of Hartford.

 

A.T. Tufo has closed his shoe-making business and has also sold his place at Lincoln City to Peter Brazzale. Mr. Tufo expects to move to Watertown, N.Y.

Mr. Edward C. Williams had the misfortune to hurt his right wrist while cranking a car last Thursday. He went to the Sharon Hospital and had an X-ray taken of it, which showed that a small bone was fractured.

Miss Mary Menary is ill with pneumonia at White Hart Inn and a trained nurse is in attendance.

 

Miss Belle Adams, who has been ill for some time with the grippe and an abcess in one ear, is again on duty at Roberts’ store.

Mr. William P. Stone is in Hartford attending the Postmasters’ convention.

 

Mr. Andrew Fulkerson will dispose of his farm equipment and household furniture at public auction on Thursday, March 1st at 1 o’clock p.m. at the Russell farm near Dutcher Bridge.
