Elsa H. Bowen

SOUTHBURY, Conn. — Elsa H. Bowen died peacefully in her sleep on April 7, 2020, in the Waterbury Hospital.  She was 98 years old.

Elsa was born in Arlington, Mass., on Oct. 26, 1921, to Hilma (Shell)  and Axel C. B. Benson.

Helen E. (Antonich) Testa

HILLSDALE — Helen E. (Antonich) Testa, 89, of Hillsdale passed away on April 3, 2020, at her residence.

She was born on March 20, 1931, in Claverack, N.Y., the daughter of Anna (Haba) and John Antonich.

Helen grew up on the family farm in Claverack and was a graduate of Hudson High School.

Connie L. Davis

DOVER PLAINS — Connie L. Davis, 75, a 48-year resident of Dover Plains, died peacefully on March 28, 2020, at New Milford Hospital, surrounded by her loving family, following a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Ida J. (Dennis) Von Richthofen

NORTH CANAAN — Ida J. (Dennis) Von Richthofen of North Canaan passed away April 2, 2020, at Sharon Health Care Center after a long battle with multiple health issues.

She was born in Sharon on Feb. 27, 1944, to the late Edward Dennis and Cora Kline.

Ida was a graduate of Housatonic Valley Regional High School, Class of 1962.

Shea Cohn

FALLS VILLAGE — With the deepest sorrow, we announce that Shea Cohn, age 16, our most beloved son, brother, grandson, family member and friend passed away on March 29, 2020.

Shea was born Oct. 16, 2003.

Lynn Marie Digiacomo

EAST CANAAN — Lynn Marie Digiacomo, 63, formally of East Canaan , CT  passed away suddenly on March 10,2020 at Venice Regional Hospital in Florida with the love of her life, Timothy Boults, at her bedside. Lynn and Tim were living in Nokomis and had been together for 27 years. Lynn was born December 5, 1956 in Sharon, CT.

In Appreciation: Sally Berg

MILLERTON — When Sally Berg passed away last month our community lost a remarkable woman. She was wickedly funny, kind, generous and indefatigable. She devoted endless hours serving on boards of local charities and causes related to improving health. She was famous for being able to coax donations out of even the most reluctant giver.
