The future site of a $5.4 million health center in North Canaan opposite the Stop & Shop got some grooming by an excavator on Monday, Feb. 20. The Torrington-based Community Health and Wellness Center plans to build a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing Northwest Corner residents with increased access to primary and behavioral health care.
