FFA program thrives at Northwestern

WINSTED — From their annual Christmas tree sale to cider-making and running sap lines for maple syruping, the Agricultural Education program at Northwestern Regional High School is an example of an FFA program that continues to thrive.Students involved in the Northwestern program will hold their annual plant sale on May 5 and 12, as a run-up to Mother's Day, and seniors will celebrate their prom on May 25. On June 1, the program will hold its annual awards ceremony, followed by the annual Vo-Ag Spring Picnic on June 8.
