Mountaineer Week in Review

FALLS VILLAGE — The Housatonic Valley Regional High School Mountaineers have reached the halfway point of the fall season. 

The co-op MCW junior varsity football team lost to Platt Tech on Sept. 16 12-0. Isaiah Robles (Housatonic) had eight tackles and forced a fumble. Josiah Dillard (Oliver Wolcott) rushed for 25 yards. 

The varsity squad traveled to Cheney Tech in Manchester for a night game on Sept. 20. Harry Schopp (Housatonic) had a fumble recovery and Ethan Galinski (Oliver Wolcott) had four tackles in the 45-0 loss.
