Winsted Police Department

The following information was provided by the Winsted Police Department. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Disorderly

Patrick Filburn, 25, 18 Colony Drive, Winsted, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with disorderly conduct in a domestic incident. Bond was set at $1,000 and he was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 6.

Domestic disturbance

Joshua P. Layfulde, 34, 58 Prospect St., apt. 3, Winsted, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged on a domestic disturbance warrant with breach of peace. He was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 6.

Breach of peace

Lisa Dedon, 42, 13 Wallens St., Winsted, was arrested Oct. 5 following an altercation at 44 Elm St. (Bank of America parking lot). She was charged with breach of peace and assault in the third degree. During this arrest it was discovered that there were four outstanding PRAWN warrants for failure to appear and violation of condition of release family violence and she was subsequently arrested on these. She was transported to Bantam Court and bond was set at $5000.

Breach of peace

Nicole L. Wanklin, 28, 143 N. Main St., Winsted, was arrested Oct. 5 following an altercation at 44 Elm St. (Bank of America parking lot). She was charged with breach of peace and assault in the third degree. She was transported to Charlotte Hungerford Hospital by New Hartford ambulance for evaluation of her injuries. She is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 17.
