Millbrook Pride supports LGBTQ community at winter social

MILLBROOK — Dire weather predictions couldn’t put a damper on the warmth and conviviality of a gathering at Merritt Bookstore on Saturday, Jan. 19, hosted by the Millbrook Pride Group. The group represents the local LGBTQ community. Advertised as a winter social, it lived up to its name, with members of Millbrook Pride — business owners, community leaders and citizens — mingling, sipping wine or sparkling water, munching on finger foods and talking about the village.
