LAKEVILLE — Zoe Harson, 17, is The Lakeville Journal’s newest summer intern. She is a rising senior at the Marvelwood School in Kent.She is the daughter of Mimi Harson of Salisbury and Charlie Harson of Falls Village. Zoe is particularly interested in photography, especially landscape photography. She is inspired by the work of Peter Lik of Australia, a well-known landscape photographer. Zoe’s work often features scenes from the Northwest Corner. Two of her favorite places to shoot are the Great Falls in Falls Village and Kent Falls.Zoe’s goals for the near future include attending an arts school and majoring in photography. She is also interested in math, psychology and many other of the visual arts, including drawing, painting, pottery and sculpting. At The Journal, Zoe hopes to learn about photojournalism. “I’m looking forward to having a different experience than I would have at school,” she said.
