North Canaan Office Hours Postponed Due to Legislative Session

Rep. John Rigby (R-63) is required to report to the Capitol on Wednesday afternoon (April 7) for legislative work, forcing him to postpone his scheduled office hours in North Canaan with Department of Agriculture Commissioner Philip Prelli which had been scheduled for later that evening. Legislative leaders late Monday afternoon scheduled a House of Representatives session day, where lawmakers will consider a variety of issues—perhaps proposals to be considered Tuesday by the Finance, Revenue & Bonding Committee that Rigby serves on.

Rigby, who represents seven Northwest Corner towns, will reschedule his office hours soon.

Rep. John Rigby represents the 63rd General Assembly District covering Winsted, North Canaan, Colebrook, Canaan, Hartland, Norfolk and Barkhamsted.
