‘Order’s up’ at American Legion Post 178 Hall

MILLERTON — Nothing says Sunday morning like a nice, warm family breakfast around the table, and the American Legion Post 178 offered the community the chance to sit down for a meal together as it resumed its monthly Pancake Breakfasts on Sunday, Oct. 3.

The Steed Real Estate parking lot at Railroad Plaza in Millerton was cordoned off this summer, angering many in the village, especially merchants who rely on all available parking for their customers. The wheels are in motion for Railroad Plaza to be restored

MILLERTON — Drive onto Main Street into Millerton, and it would be difficult for motorists to miss the row of bollards leading from Steed Real Estate at Railroad Plaza (technically 9 North Center St.) to the end of North Center Street.

Climate Smart group looks at wetlands, floodplains

MILLERTON — Shedding a light on how the ongoing climate crisis and the record rainfall from Hurricane Ida have impacted local natural resources, Climate Smart Millerton invited residents to learn more about the importance of protecting local wetlands and floodplains with a special Wetlands Weekend on Saturday, Sept. 11, through Sunday, Sept.
