Mashomack Polo Club hosts International Polo Challenge

PINE PLAINS — The Mashomack Polo Club hosted its 14th annual International Polo Challenge on Saturday, June 25.The event and one of the U.S. teams were sponsored by Town&Country magazine with three other teams sponsored by Moncler (U.S. team), Castello di Vicarello (Italian team) and Berluti (French team).The proceeds from the event benefited three local causes: the Foundation for the Pine Plains Community Center and Library, the Pine Plains Fire Hose & Rescue Company and the Mashomack Barns Preservation.Attendees enjoyed the games, which occurred alongside a luncheon and a silent auction.
