A moment of silence for Don Marshall at Washington meeting


WASHINGTON — Supervisor Florence Prisco began the Thursday, Feb. 10, Washington Town Board meeting with words of praise and appreciation for Donaldson “Don” Marshall, who died on Sunday, Feb. 6, while on a cruise in the Caribbean at age 89. Marshall was a member of the town’s Zoning Board of Appeals.

“He always knew what was going on and always had joy in his eyes,” Prisco said. “The whole town is going to miss him.”

She then asked for a moment of silence to honor his memory.
