Pickleball has come to Lakeville

SALISBURY — On Saturday morning, Aug. 24, there were eight players at the Lakeville tennis courts at Community Field — two of which had been painted with lines for a pickleball court within the regulation-sized tennis court lines.

Bill Littauer, a Lakeville resident and dedicated player, was taking a group of players through the steps of how to play the game: serving, scoring, where to position oneself, rules and how best to play certain shots.
