New regs open path for Salisbury housing changes

SALISBURY — The Salisbury Planning and Zoning Commission adopted the package of zoning regulation amendments designed to encourage construction of multi-family housing at the commission’s meeting Monday, Aug. 26. 

The vote was unanimous. 

In contrast to the two nights of public hearings on the amendments, only a handful of people attended the meeting, and most of them left after earlier business was concluded.
