Croft will leave Cornwall school for new job

CORNWALL — Cornwall Consolidated School Principal Mike Croft has accepted a new position as assistant principal at Shepaug Valley School in Washington, Conn. 

A search has now begun for a new school head in Cornwall. Meanwhile, the Board of Education has appointed retired principal Patricia Corvello of Washington  to fill the position for four days each week. 

The fifth day is to be covered by Jennifer Law, who has been a teacher at Salisbury Central School and principal at the Lee H. Kellogg School in Falls Village.
