Bombers track team breaks school record at FDR invitational


HYDE PARK — Facing off against 25 different teams, the Pine Plains varsity spring track team rose to the challenge and brought home a new school record after its performance in a recent invitational meet on Saturday, May 4.

Starting at 9 a.m., the teams gathered at the track at Franklin D. Roosevelt High School in Hyde Park.

With a total of 21 points, the Pine Plains girls track team finished in 17th place with 21 points while the Pine Plains boys came in 21st place with five points.
