Gardenlust lures garden lovers to Cary

MILLBROOK — Sitting in the auditorium at Cary Institute of Ecosystem Studies on Sunday afternoon, April 28, a bouncy tune began to play and a white-haired gentleman came dancing down the aisle and on to the stage. It was supposed to be a talk about the world’s best gardens as told by gardener/author Christopher Woods. It was. The dancer turned out to be Woods, an energetic, humorous and delightful storyteller who kept the audience laughing and oohing and awing over the spectacular slides that illustrated the talk.
