Lakeville’s Green Cafe continues to grow

SALISBURY  — It started with a fairly austere vegan menu but the Green Cafe at Studio Lakeville quickly expanded to be more inclusive of all types of eaters, including those who really like a juicy mouthful of pork belly or a burger once in a while. 

Studio Lakeville opened last February, on Valentine’s Day.Within a few months, owner Leslie Sherman realized that the very clean and healthy menu being offered at the fitness center’s cafe needed to be expanded. She hired chef Sean Killmer of Pine Plains to come in and “beef” things up.
