The bridge is back

The Dutchess County Department of Public Works’ work on bridge PP-12 on Amenia-Pine Plains Road (CR 83) in the town of Pine Plains is complete and the road has reopened to traffic. The project began in September and involved replacing the existing bridge with a pre-cast structure and the addition of 4-foot shoulders. Final paving and minor landscape work will be completed in the spring. Amenia-Pine Plains Road averages approximately 430 vehicles per day.
