NORTH CANAAN — After months of delays, the Great Falls Brewing Company is scheduled to open on Saturday, Dec. 15, at the historic former Union Depot in North Canaan.

There will be a short ceremonial ribbon cutting at noon and then the doors will be open until midnight, with food, live music and Great Falls beer.

The taproom will feature a wide variety of beer styles including lagers, IPAs, ales and stouts.

While many flavors may be familiar, brewery owner Chris Tripler said there will also be surprises.
