Building bridges at the NorthEast-Millerton Library

MILLERTON— After dedicating her career to enriching young minds at Webutuck Elementary School, retired educator Lynn Buckley has decided to channel her knowledge to volunteering at the NorthEast-Millerton Library.

Beginning last June, Buckley approached the library to see if it’d be possible to volunteer. She began reading to the local children on Mondays and Fridays, and the NorthEast-Millerton Library was ecstatic to have her continue her volunteer work when the summer ended.
