NORTH CANAAN — On the Fourth of July, Biffdaddy’s Roadhouse, a new restaurant, opened next door to the former Jim’s Garage on Railroad Street. 

What you might not expect is that this restaurant is in a trailer. From the inside of that trailer (a former food concession truck) owner and chef Biff Sisco serves a variety of hot, fast favorites, including Philly cheese steaks and Buffalo wings.
