Folan Road group home alternative OK’d

AMENIA — The Amenia Town Board approved a resolution for Greystone Programs, Inc., to develop a proposed individual residential alternative at 9 Folan Road during a special board meeting at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 26.

To provide context, town Supervisor Victoria Perotti said the board received a notice on Wednesday, May 23, from Greystone Programs, Inc., that explained its intent to convert an existing home at 9 Folan Road to an individual residential alternative for six individuals with developmental disabilities.
