AMENIA — With the subject of Kent Hollow Mine back on the table, the Amenia Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) is currently in the process of hosting multiple meetings to gather as much information as possible related to the site and the issues surrounding it.

History

Last May, Kent Hollow Mine received a notice of violation and order to remedy (cease and desist) from Amenia Code Enforcement Officer (CEO) Michael Segelken, stating the property was in violation of sections 17 and 27 of Chapter 121 of the town’s zoning code.
