WINter Weekend in Norfolk Feb. 24-25

NORFOLK — If it has to be winter, at least everyone should find fun seasonal things to do. Residents of Norfolk, known as the Icebox of Connecticut, know how to make the most of a long cold winter and will share some of that knowledge during the two-day WINter Weekend on Saturday, Feb. 24, and Sunday, Feb. 25.

The roster of entertainments and activities is extensive, beginning with an owling outing on Saturday at 4 a.m. at Aton Forest.

There will be ice carving, maple sap sugaring, art shows, live music and a restaurant crawl.
