John Hoffman III said he saw this bald eagle on Hall Hill south of the bridge near where the culvert was placed this summer. “Ancram’s creeks, which are flowing despite the cold, and pines make great habitat, hunting and nesting areas for Haliaeetus leucocephalus, and mid-winter is one of the best times to view them,” he said.
