PAWLING — In celebration of the Appalachian Trail and the Harlem Valley Community, the Appalachian Trail Conservancy and National Parks Conservation Association co-hosted this year’s HVATC Trail Day on Saturday, Oct. 14, at Native Landscapes and Garden Center in Pawling.

Special guests and exhibitors from around the state attended, and many participated in a two-hour round trip hike from the Appalachian Trail Boardwalk to Dover Oak. They were also encouraged to learn more about the Trail Maintenance Project.
