WINSTED — The Gilson Cinema and Cafe on Main Street in Winsted has been put up for sale by its owner, Alan Nero.

The theater is now home to two digital projectors and shows first-run movies.

The property’s real estate listing is at www.loopnet.com/Listing/354-362-Main-St-Winsted-CT/9746422/ and has been listed by Matthews Commercial Properties of Middlebury, Conn.

According to the listing, the property is on the market for $950,000.
