Articles of Organization were filed with the Secretary of State of New York on August 15, 2017.   The office and principal business location of the Company are in Dutchess County at 23 Foxrace Lane, Amenia, NY 12501.  The Secretary of State is designated as the agent of the Company upon whom process against the Company may be served and who shall mail a copy thereof to Foxrace 2, LLC, 23 Foxrace Lane, Amenia, NY 12501.  The purpose of the business of the Company is to engage in any lawful act or activity for which a limited liability company may be organized under New York law.

PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF NORTH EAST

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of North East, in conjunction with the Dutchess County Department of Public Highways, will conduct a public hearing on the proposed qualified abandonment of that portion of Scribner Road running from the point of intersection with the driveway of Zuffi, Parcel 640993 to a point of terminus of the said Town road within the property of Sgroi, Parcel No. 549062  pursuant to §205(2) of the Highway Law  on November 9, 2017 at 7:45  p.m. at the Town of North East Town Hall, located at 19 N. Maple Avenue, Millerton, New York  12546.  All persons desiring to be heard on the proposed qualified abandonment shall be provided with an opportunity to do so at the said public hearing.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Preliminary Budget of the Town of North East for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2018, has been completed and filed in the office of the Town Clerk, Town Hall, 19 N. Maple Ave., Millerton, NY, where it is available for inspection by any interested person Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board will meet and review said budget and hold a Pubic Hearing thereon at the Town Hall in Millerton, NY, at 7:30 PM, on the 9th day of November 2017, and at that hearing any person may be heard in favor of or against the preliminary budget, or for or against any item or items therein contained.

The proposed salaries of the following town officers are hereby specified:

Councilmen (4): $4, 900

Supervisor: $21, 900

Justices: (2) $ 14,840

Notice is hereby given that the fiscal affairs of the Millbrook Central School District for the period beginning on  ​July 1, 2016​ and ending on  ​6/30/17,  have been examined by (the Office of the State Comptroller or an independent public accountant), and that the (report of examination performed by the Office of the State Comptroller or report of, or management letter prepared in conjunction with the external audit by the independent public accountant) has been filed in my office where it is available as a public record for inspection by all interested persons. Pursuant to §35 of the General Municipal Law, the governing board of ​ the Millbrook Central School District.

 District may, in its discretion, prepare a written response to the (report of examination performed by the Office of the State Comptroller or the report of external audit or management letter by independent public accountant) and file any such response in my office as a public record for inspection by all interested persons not later than  ​January 2, 2018​.
