Area musicians perform to help church restoration efforts

MILLERTON — Community members spent a cozy evening listening to Music for a Midsummer’s Evening at the Millerton United Methodist Church last Friday, Aug. 18.

Located at 6 Dutchess Ave. at Veterans’ Park in Millerton, the concert was organized on the second floor of the church for 7 p.m. Before making their way up the stairs to the event, attendees were invited to contribute to the ongoing restoration work on the church by making a suggested donation of $12 for adults and $5 for youth.
