18th-century rogue who helped create modern Salisbury

FALLS VILLAGE — More than 30 people crowded into the South Canaan Meeting House on Tuesday, Aug. 8, to attend Lou Bucceri’s First Tuesday’s at 7 lecture on Thomas Lamb, one of the earliest settlers in Salisbury.

The talk is part of a series sponsored by the Falls Village-Canaan Historical Society.

Bucceri, a former history teacher at Salisbury Central School and historical interpreter at the Salisbury Cannon Museum, is known not only for his expertise in local history but also for his ability to project his voice across any room.
