Ways sought to keep state schools intact

GOSHEN — The Northwest Hills Council of Governments (COG) held a special meeting on Thursday, July 6, to discuss the financial challenges of Connecticut’s state colleges and universities, and to discuss a proposal for administrative consolidation. 

The COG is an organization made up of the first selectmen of 21 Litchfield County towns.
