Soldiers’ Monument artifact found

WINSTED —  The Board of Selectmen was presented with a found artifact relating to Soldiers’ Monument during its meeting on Monday, June 19.

The artifact is a sign that was posted at the monument during World War II that declared the monument an observation post for the U.S. Army.
