Equality march at Coe Park

TORRINGTON —  Supporters of the LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transexual and queer) community rallied in Coe Park during a solidarity event with the Equality March for Unity and Pride in Washington, D.C., on Sunday, June 11.

The celebratory rally featured three speakers, music by Jacque Williams and face painting by local artist Stephanie Burr.
