His Best Work Is Still To Come

There are two artistic sides to Harper Blanchet, a Sharon native who lives and works at Twilight Studios and the Blue Star Gallery in Falls Village.

On one hand, he’s an abstract painter. He refers to his large canvases, which are full of lines, bars and boxes, as “sky paintings.” Through his strong use of color, you can catch glimpses in some of the pieces of the numerous sunsets he’s watched in Millerton on Sunset Ridge and Winchell Mountain.
