Board reviews reconstruction project proposal for school facilities


PINE PLAINS — The Pine Plains Central School District’s Board of Education (BOE) meeting on Wednesday, March 1, went into detail discussing upcoming resolutions for a proposed reconstruction project at the school.

To begin the meeting, President Fred “Chip” Couse introduced Michael Fanning from Mosaic Associates to discuss the auditorium project. Fanning explained the two components of the project: the replacement of the gymnasium flooring at Stissing Mountain Middle School, and several necessary renovations for the high school auditorium.
