Dutchess Day School sends delegates to Model UN in Boston

MILLBROOK— How do young people learn about the workings of government and the subtleties of diplomacy? One way is to participate in Model United Nations, or Model U.N. There are middle school and high school Model U.N. conferences all over the country, and 22 Dutchess Day School (DDS) seventh- and eighth-graders participated in the fifth annual Boston University Academy Model U.N. (BUAMUN) conference for middle school students on Friday and Saturday, Jan. 28 and 29.
