Granting wishes for more funding throughout the valley

HARLEM VALLEY — It’s been said that money makes the world go ‘round. Reaching the financial threshold necessary to provide for life’s basics, however, is sometimes difficult. That can be especially true for many nonprofit organizations that rely on outside funding to operate.

Monetary grants to various organizations, individuals or municipalities help them function in the best way possible. Recently a number of grants were distributed throughout the Harlem Valley. Here’s a rundown.
