This is a newspaper so we believe in telling the truth, and the truth is that I don’t really like cooking quinoa. I’ll eat it, and I find it tasty, but I find its translucence (and that odd little line that runs through each grain) a little off-putting.
Here at The Lakeville Journal, we like to be responsive to our readers, and Priscilla Belcher of Falls Village has been asking us to investigate quinoa, what it’s good for and how to cook it. Other readers have asked as well, so here we go.
