Laurel Fest winners honored

WINSTED — Attendees at the July 2 Board of Selectmen’s meeting at Town Hall were treated to a visit by Winsted’s new Laurel Queen, Bethany Scott, and her court, first runner-up Patricia Schlosser and second runner-up Brynne Beneke, who were officially awarded scholarships in honor of their recently bestowed titles.
