PINE PLAINS — The FRIENDS of the Pine Plains Free Library held its first of four free concerts on Sunday, June 10, featuring the Saints of Swing with Rene Bailey. Town Supervisor Brian Coons kicked off the event at the Lions Club Pavilion, where more than 90 people enjoyed the swinging sounds of the band with a little bit of rock ’n’ roll and the voice of Miss Bailey.
