Documents, plans, clarity sought on wetlands site

NORTH CANAAN — A determination on a disputed wetlands encroachment continued before the Inland Wetlands Commission (IW) May 24, but there was little forward movement without a plan from the property owner and a family using the property as a horse pasture. More on a plan and results of a site visit by Inland Wetlands members is expected at the June 28 meeting.
