Webutuck’s baseball future looking bright

WEBUTUCK — As baseball season has come to a close, Webutuck’s modified boys baseball team closed out its schedule with a 4-3 record.

Coach Tim McEnroe was proud of the team’s performance.

“We had a lot of games get rained out, so we missed some opportunities to play. Regardless, two of those three losses were against class A teams. The team can’t feel bad about those and they still played great in those games,” he said.

The last game the team played was on Monday, June 4, against Roosevelt.
