PINE PLAINS — Cablevision’s Roger Connor attended the Town Board’s meeting Thursday, May 17, to describe the company’s transition to digital and to answer questions from the community. He started his presentation by asking the audience how many have purchased a new television in the past three years. The answer was slightly more than 50 percent. Of that 50 percent, far fewer of those televisions were analog.
