SHARON —The Memorial Day parade and festivities here were a tribute to the Armed Forces members from Sharon, and elsewhere, who gave their lives defending our country. It was also a celebration of all veterans who have served in the military.

Approximately 300 people gathered along Main Street (Route 41) to watch the parade travel from the town’s commercial center to the Veterans Memorial across from the Clock Tower.
