Village takes the blame for misplaced money

MILLERTON — During the Village Board workshop meeting on Thursday, April 26, at which issues raised by the recent audit report from the state comptroller were addressed, several board members began to frankly discuss the $16,000 in allegedly misappropriated funds.

As the board began to discuss whether to grant 1.5 percent raises to certain village employees, former Mayor/Deputy Mayor Dan Cuddeback began a discussion regarding the $16,000.
