Little joy as 2012 state session comes to an end

CORNWALL — The regular Legislative session in Hartford is coming to an end on May 9. Lawmakers are feeling the effects of very late nights in the final push. There is still much to be resolved, and still great angst in towns about new laws and state mandates that could have profound effects.
And so, state Sen. Andrew Roraback (R-30) and state Rep. Roberta Willis (D-64), arrived, weary, at the Wandering Moose Café early on April 26 for a legislative breakfast with town officials.
