MILLBROOK — The Millbrook Public Library hosted a unique photography competition in which anyone with a camera phone could participate.

The Great Millbrook Library Phone-ography Competition allowed participants to take photos with their smartphone, and then use phone applications to manipulate their images, if they so desired.
