CORNWALL — The ongoing disputes and discussion of proposed pay raises and contract extensions for Region One School District administrators is trickling down to town boards of education.

The Cornwall board discussed the proposed 2 percent pay raises at its meeting Tuesday, April 17. The regional education budget is included in each town’s education budget. The board discussed what could happen if voters decide to send a message to the regional school district and its board by voting down the budget in the referendum May 8,
