Selectmen endorse new taxicab company in town

KENT — The Torrington Valley Cab Co. may soon offer service in Kent. The selectmen gave their endorsement to the company at their regular board meeting April 3.

The company already serves the towns of Goshen, Cornwall, Litchfield, Washington, Morris and Torrington. It is seeking state and town approvals to include more towns in its service area.
